Shipping and Handling
I ship by USPS Priority Mail or first class mail. If you purchase more than one item, email me before paying and I will send you an invoice with combined shipping. Please note that items are not shipped until full payment is received.
In Stock and custom items
In stock items are shipped within 1-3 days of when I receive the order. If the item is custom, please allow 2 weeks for knitting and delivery unless I notify you of a delay. I will keep you posted throughout the process. Please note that failure to make contact or payment within 3 days will result in the item being restocked.

About our sheep and wool
Packaging
Each soaker will be sent to you freshly washed and lanolized with an embroidered sheep on the back. It is attractively wrapped in tissue paper with a lavender sachet for wool items. I can enclose a gift card for you if you are giving it as a gift.
Returns
I want you to be happy with your items. I work hard to make a quality product. I will accept returns on instock items with customer paying return shipping. Custom items are non returnable since they were made specifically for your child. If there are any problems with an item, I will be happy to try to resolve them.
